Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

• When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar through Discord's OAuth identify scope.
• When you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive a Stripe customer ID and subscription ID and store these in our database. We do not see or store your card number, CVC, or expiration date. Depending on the payment method you choose, Stripe may also collect your full name, email address, and zip code. We can view this information through Stripe but do not store it in our own database.
• When you submit a screenshot to the scanner, the image is forwarded to our backend for processing. We do not retain submitted screenshots after the scan is complete.

Cookies

We use a cookie to track affiliate referrals. When you visit a referral link, we set a cookie that lasts 7 days so we can apply the corresponding promotion code at checkout.

Third Parties

We rely on the following third-party services to operate:

• Discord, for sign-in.
• Stripe, for payment processing and the customer portal.

Each of these processes data subject to its own privacy policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. The only third party we share data with is Stripe, which processes payments on our behalf. We do not share data with advertisers, marketing networks, or analytics providers.

Data Retention

We retain account, subscription, and log data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact support@otpscanner.com.

Your Choices

• You may revoke our access to your Discord profile at any time through Discord's authorized applications settings.
• You may cancel your subscription from the Account dialog or the Stripe customer portal.
• You may request deletion of your account by emailing support@otpscanner.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated within the service or through an in-product notice.
