Terms of Service

Key Terms

1. Your access may be revoked at any time. If we revoke your access, the current billing period may be refunded depending on the circumstances. Earlier billing periods are not refunded.
2. If the service shuts down for any reason, all active subscriptions will be cancelled and the current billing period will be refunded within 30 days.

Subscriptions and Billing

• The service costs $25 per month, billed in advance through Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
• You may cancel at any time from the Account dialog or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.
• If a renewal payment fails, access will be suspended until payment is received. You may update your payment method through the Stripe customer portal at any time.

Refunds

To request a refund, email support@otpscanner.com. We review each request individually. Refunds are granted at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account with anyone else.
• Engage in extremely negative in-game behavior while using the service (wintrading, cheating, bigoted conduct, etc.).

Violating any of the above may result in revocation of your access under Key Term #1.

Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, design, and player database, is our property. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service while it remains active. No part of the service may be copied or redistributed.

This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NetEase or Marvel Rivals, and does not interact with their game in any manner. Any game assets, names, or imagery used in connection with the service remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. The player database is maintained on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed to be complete or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not affect the refund rights set out in the Key Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated within the service or through an in-product notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
